Babushka's Visit: Part One

Above is our big boy at 3 months.  Photo was taken a few days ago.  He is wearing an outfit that Babushka knitted.  I love it.  She's so talented. 

Anyway, I made the biggest photo blunder EVER!  I learned something new with my Nikon and decided to try it out at the park.  Babushka Mila is visiting for a week and I took beautiful photos that went to waste.  Most of the photos taken at the park were blurred.  Such a fail.  A few were salvaged but many were destroyed.  So sad.  Biggest photo fail.  I will never experiment on memorable moments ever again.

In all good news, we are enjoying Babushka's visit.  It's so nice for her to be here and help take care of Maksim.  She also spoils us and cooks excellent Russian and Ukrainian dishes.  Mmmm... wish I took photos of the food but our bellies are definitely satisfied.  Wish she could stay longer... and wish that Dedushka (Grandpa) Vova was here as well.
