Adventurer Induction Day Stage

Last Saturday, we had an Induction Day for the Adventurer Club at church. The kids had a ceremony to officially be welcomed to the club. It's a fun organization for ages 5-9. Nahira is the director and she is doing a fantastic job. I constantly have to remind Maksim that the club only meets twice a month since he wants to go every week. He loves it. The kids get to do fun things, like what scouts do, but with a Christian emphasis. We are planning on camping, treasure hunts, biking, and fundraisers in the future.

The kids marching to the front of the church in their uniforms. Mrs. Sheryl Thompson sewed everyone's stashes and the girls' jumpers. I love the dedicated members of our congregation and how they support our young ones. So blessed to have a wonderful church family.

Unfortunately JJ couldn't make it since he got sick.

It's important to keep them interested and involved in church activities.

My mother took a better picture of this.

All the teachers, helpers, and sponsors got to pour sand into a glass vile to symbolize unity and synergy. Here is my brother, Izzy, one of the teachers for the older kids.

This was after church so most people had already gone home.

All in all, what a blessed day.
Amen!
