I miss the feel of sand in between my toes. I miss the waves spreading like a blanket on the shore. I miss the world standing still while I close my eyes to listen to the waves. I miss the wind on my face as it gently combs through my hair. I miss the sunshine, the warmth on my skin, and that feeling of complete release. I miss that unadulterated bliss that has long been absent from my hectic life of uncertainty and unpredictability.
