If you are a photographer, you see the world in a different way. You see photo opportunities everywhere. You see things people don't see; don't notice. Suddenly, the simple and mundane things are beautiful. It is something you manipulate just by looking through the viewfinder of the camera. There's a story, there's an emotion, there's a moment, there's something to capture forever, there's peace, there's order, there's a ubiquitous magnificence that affects the future. This very thing makes me feel... infinite.
This weekend's photo shoot was born out of simplicity. Maksim couldn't calm down inside the sanctuary at church, so we went outside. I saw the tree and took advantage of the situation. It worked out well.
